"The French Being French"
Last year in France’s cities some 9,000 cars were torched and riots became endemic due to France’s disregard for work ethic. Now the youth have paraded towns torching some 250 cars in the past three days essentially saying that they want, “Better paying jobs and less work.” A majority of these protestors are immigrants who exploit democracy but live through theocracy.
France has many issues to deal with in their upcoming 2007 presidential elections, not the least of which is immigration. France has the largest Muslim population in Europe, some 5 million, and seems powerless while these immigrants set fire to cars and buildings jeopardizing the health and safety of France’s citizens. All the while, President Jacques Chirac appeases them by giving into their demands, further indicating to these immigrants that France’s government is weak. President Chirac is at the mercy of their wants and needs, not his country’s!
The French need not criticize America’s “War on Terror” along with America’s other foreign and domestic policies until they work out their own. There is a reason why the U.S. is the world’s only superpower and not France, which never was.
By the way, French fries are not even French, they are from Belgium.

9/11, Australia, France... I think actions speak louder then words, the Muslims are setting themselves up for persecution.
I just found this Web blog. Like it. Thanks for the insight. The French are what you say. You should blog about the Frenchman Kerry.
There's two problems with the French government today, and neither of them are easily reparable. First, the French have adopted a largely socialist government, which never works without a powerful leader. Secondly, it's run by the French - a people which has yet to succeed in creating a successful government since its establishment (and reestablishments, as it were).
Honestly, I'm glad that a country of idiots are criticizing our actions - they make us look better.
What about the other way around? The United States talking about France? How can a country call itself "the world's greatest country" and then criticize another country for criticizing them? Do you know how much harrassment the French receive here in America when they merely come to visit? How can the people of "the greatest country in the world" explain that? How is that fair?
The Americans merely criticize the French because the French criticize the Americans. One may easily say that it is not fair to do so but since when was this world ever fair? America is the only country that comes close to that.
